AIR: AIR stands for Assisting Immigrants and Refugees. Hundreds of foreigners are making Anchorage their home every year. Many of these new neighbors have come directly from other countries either as immigrants or refugees. The AIR ministry seeks to assist these newcomers through mentoring relationships and teaching them English as a second language. This is a life changing opportunity to demonstrate Christ’s heart to global village in our backyard! Interested? Click here.
Missionary Ambassador: In this ministry, you serve as a liaison between ChangePoint and one of our supported missionary families. By serving as an ambassador you are joining an ongoing effort to provide relational encouragement and support to our missionary partners who are serving remotely as an expression of our church body.
Prison Outreach: Christ encouraged his disciples to serve incarcerated people when He said, “I was in prison and you visited me…” Join in ChangePoint’s efforts to demonstrate Christ’s heart by spiritually encouraging incarcerated men and women in Anchorage, Palmer, Eagle River and Seward.
Brightside Ministry: This is a support ministry for women with family members or friends who are in jail or in prison. This group meets on Sunday PM from 5:30 - 7:30 PM. Contact: Selinda Grenn. Phone:(907)344-8497 E-mail:
Digital Outreach: Join in this pioneering and cutting edge ministry to take ChangePoint to Alaska and the world beyond by using digital technologies and the internet. If you knowledgeable in the areas of audio or video recording, web development and internet based digital media distribution, then please participate in this ground breaking ministry!
Coffee With A Cause: Raise funds for ChangePoint’s outreach projects by joining a rotation of coffee brewers who serve from 7:30 to 9:30 on Sunday mornings. Last year, our Coffee ministry raised over $35,000 for outreach!
Cookies With A Cause: This ministry accomplishes two great purposes: 1) It raises funds for ChangePoint’s outreach projects and 2) It provides a tasty gift to welcome ChangePoint’s guests! Involvement in this outreach ministry requires a commitment to serve in a rotation of cookie bakers from 7:30 – 9:30 on Sunday mornings.
Business as Mission Team: This ministry has two purposes: 1) It helps church planting missionaries in growing financially self sustaining churches through the development of small businesses and 2) It opens doors for the gospel in restricted regions of the Circumpolar North through the use of business platforms.

Assist CPC Pregnancy Center provide accurate information, services and support to individuals to help them make informed, life-affirming decisions about pregnancy, sexual integrity, parenting and post-abortion recovery.
Volunteer to help the Downtown Soup Kitchen serve Anchorage's working poor and homeless.
Anchorage Native New Life (ANNL)
Fellowship and serve with Alaska Native Christians through ANNL's outreach initiatives and during their weekly Monday night gatherings at ChangePoint.
Refugee Assistance and Immigrant Services (RAIS)
Serve globally and locally by mentoring incoming refugee and immigrant families through the Refugee Assistance and Immigrant Services department of Catholic Social Services.
